i had a minor car accident 2 weeks ago with my daughter. Thank god that my daughter received no injury but i did. I am still suffering with a bad neck and back and am very tired and lethargic all the time. i went to the dr yesterday and she prescribed me with strong pain killers but the pain is still there. does any body know if i would be able to claim compensation and how much i would get?
oh yes.. and the accident was not my fault

Maybe nothing, depending on where the accident happened, who is at fault, and your state laws.
All you have to do is put in an accident report to the police and your insurance company. the insurance company will send you a form to fill out, which will include your employment information. the will handle it from there. Good Luck. Your compensation $ is based upon your average salary.
